When David Park took over the ranch in 1990, his mission was simple — continue serving the community while solving a growing problem: the lack of local livestock processing.
To meet that need, Park Ranch developed a 9,600-square-foot USDA and custom-exempt meat processing facility right here in Minden, Nevada.
This allows customers and ranchers to trace their animal from start to finish — a level of transparency that’s nearly impossible to find today.
