Beef
Our beef is premium USDA inspected, raised and grass fed on our Nevada pastures. We finish our beef with local brewers’ grain to add flavor, marbling and tenderness. Our beef is aged 14-21 days with no added hormones, ingredients or flavoring.
Pork
Park Ranch Meats has a very high standard that includes tradition, transparency, humane treatment and quality. We choose to work with other ranchers like Vande Rose Farms in Iowa who share our same high standards and convictions. They raise their pork crate free, vegetarian fed and do not add antibiotics or hormones.
